We ship by DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, air and sea . We ship to Worldwide, unless there is an item restriction. For verified payment buyers and confirmed shipping addresses, shipments may go out within 3 days. If you have specific time requirements for your purchase please keep these terms in mind, and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions or special needs. According to international agent shipping parcel routine and different countries have different policy: we 100% guarantee to clear all our local customs for C&F,CIF and FOB terms,and we hep clients'import; but we don't guarantee clients' side customs and some local pick-up if some parcels are specially required by customs or shipping forwarders.

All purchases are covered by a one-year warranty from KTL Tech against defective product and we also have some one-month and three-month warranty products for special.We will inform you in advance if it is special.We test our products when they arrive and when they leave.
